Homepage > Gene expression database in cancer

As a service for cancer researchers, ETSI provides free access to an online database summarizing publicly available results of translational research in lung, colon, breast, prostate and thyroid cancer.

This is a kind of meta-analysis of 100+ translational studies in cancer.

We offer a search in 4081 probes used in 120 experiments. Use the probe search to search for a protein for example by name or accession number. Use the expression profile search to search for regulated genes for given cancertypes or tissues, confirmed by a chosen number of experiments.
