ETSI-med offers:

All samples are characterized by extensive patho-clinical data (about 100 data/sample)
ETSI-med's biological repository currently contains samples from over 3,200 patients.
Main diseases represented are cancers of the gastrointestinal tract (colon, rectum, stomach, liver, pancreas ) and the breast.
Samples from patients with benign diseases such as adenomas or inflammatory diseases are also available.
For each disease sampling was performed under standardized conditions.
